Acquiring his experience in detail and production from world renowned designers building Hollywood movie sets for the last decade. Xavier's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the cities biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Xavier is still taking Atlantic Coastal Property LLC to new heights.
Starting with residential renovations, we have grown to developing residential and commercial projects in our cities downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. We provide everything from design and construction to property management.
